Evolving GF bread recipe

This is adapted from glutenfreegoddess with six or seven changes/additions. It's pretty dang good!

Whisk together dry ingredients:
2/3 cup sorghum flour
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup millet flour
1/3 cup corn starch
2/3 cup tapioca starch/flour
1/3 cup ground flax seeds
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
2/3 cup quick oats
2 teaspoons xanthan gum
1 1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp kelp granules
2 tsp rosemary

Proof yeast-
1 1/4 cup warm liquid
1 packet yeast
1 tsp maple syrup

Add to wet ingredients:
2 eggs
3 Tbs coconut oil
1 tsp lemon juice
